How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect identifiable information, such as your name, company and email address, when you make an inquiry, request co-creation or paid samples, or transact with us.

Our "Co-Creation & Paid Sample Inquiry" form collects the following items: full name, corporate email, company / organization (required), department & role, primary co-creation domain, project description, whether you request an evaluation sample kit, and whether you request a mutual NDA prior to discussions.

Purpose of Use

We use the personal information we collect only for the following purposes:

• Responding to inquiries and consultations
• Providing co-creation and paid samples, and communicating about our products and services
• Carrying out transactions and related administration
• Analysis to improve the quality of our products and services

Use beyond these purposes requires your prior consent.

About the Inquiry Form

Information you enter in the form is processed on the server hosting our website, notified to our staff by email, and an acknowledgement email is sent to the email address you provide.

To prevent spam, the form uses "Cloudflare Turnstile", a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to verify submissions. Turnstile may send information about your browser or device to Cloudflare servers (which may be located outside Japan) for this verification. To limit repeated submissions within a short period, we also store a non-reversible hash of the sender's IP address on the server for a limited time. Individuals cannot be identified from this value.

Security Measures

We strive to keep personal information accurate and up to date, and to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss or damage through staff training, internal handling rules and regular reviews. Form settings and submission records are stored outside the area directly accessible from the web.

Disclosure to Third Parties and Outsourcing

Except where required by law, we do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent.

We may entrust part of the handling of personal information to external contractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. The contractor responsible for building and operating this website may handle personal information within the scope of maintaining the inquiry form.
